I have tried resitting the ram, nothing. Pressing esc on power on, nothing. Leaving it on, nothing. Laptop is just under 2 years old, only gets used for a couple hours a week. Tried to connect to a support agent multiple times but as excepted completely useless and don’t get back to me.

Hi @KristopherM

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

Please try this :

BIOS Recovery:

  • If your laptop has a BIOS recovery option, you might try to access it:
    • Power off the laptop.
    • Press and hold the Windows key + B while powering it on.
    • Continue holding the keys until you see the HP logo. This may initiate a BIOS recovery.

Test with an External Display:

  • Connect your laptop to an external monitor or TV. If you see a display, it may be an issue with the laptop’s screen.
