Product: HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq103dx
Need some advice / suggestions. My HP ENVY 360 M6-AQ003DX Convertible will not boot up after I tried to update the BIOS. In addition to not booting up the screen remains blank. I connected the laptop to an external monitor but that is also blank. I searched the various sites for suggestions and have tried the following:
- I’ve scanned for malware and didn’t find any.
- Holding the power button for 15-20 seconds, connecting the power cord and then turning on the laptop.
- Removed the power cable and battery, pressed the power button for about 30 seconds, waited for ½ hour and plugged the power cable back in.
- Pressed and held the Windows + b keys, and then simultaneously pressed the power button. After 2 to 3 seconds, continued to press and hold the Windows + b keys, but release the power button. Also did the same except held the Windows + v keys.
- Pressed the power button and simultaneously pressed the F10 key. Also tried the F11 key.
- Created a BIOS recovery USB flash drive using my wife’s laptop to try and correct a possible corrupted BIOS on my laptop (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3932413-2337994-16).
None of the above attempts were successful. Hoping someone can suggest some other things I might try.
Thanks in advance for reading my post and providing any suggestions you have.
