Product: HP Stream 14

I have 2 HP Stream laptops that I purchased in November 2019.  Both have worked fine until last week.  One of them will NOT power on.  I know the power adapter works because it will work on the other laptop.  I REALLY need the files on the one that will not power on.  Any suggestions?  I've tried the hold down the power button and everything else that I have been able to find on this forum.  HELP please,
