Laptop won't boot, blank screen - Caps Lock Button Light Blinking 2x and wireless button F12 on

After being unused for 2 months (stored in laptop bag vertically), my laptop wont boot up - blank screen.  Can't get into bios (blank screen).  Specs: (windows 10 pro).

What I have done:

• I opened the back and took out the 2 sticks of 8GB ram (cleaned them & reseated them - I also tried booting using one ram stick at a time in case it is bad ram - no difference).
• I used air spray to blow out any dirt.    This happens with and without the battery.
• tried F10, Windows Key +B, Windows Key +V, and ESC repeat
• I removed the CMOS battery and reseated it - no change
