Laptop won't boot up.

Hello! My HP G62-220CA won't boot up, and is flashing the caps lock key. The f12 key is lit up. I've tried reseating the ram, to no avail. The only thing that is plugged into it is the power cord, and there is no disk in the disk drive. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I woke up this morning and my HP would not start. I hit the power button, the fan was on, the lights on the buttons were on, but the screen was black(no signal). The caps lock light and the num lock light was blinking every 2-3 seconds during the laptop was on. What should I do? It's a dv6 1100, window 7 AMD turion 64.
