I was using my laptop with no issue but it crashed on it's own and now won't start. Whenever I try to start it, the fan won't start and it ends with a loud sound like boop. I've tried every method available on the HP support page but it doesn't start.

@Lil_Boy_Blue
I have tried the hard reset method and it still doesn't work.
I cannot do the system tests because the system shuts down almost immediately. I have a fear that there's a loose connection in the top right section of the laptop where the fan is. I would get it checked in a service center but due to lockdown I cannot go there.
