HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac013dx

All of sudden, I woke up and tried to turn on my laptop but it didn't turn on. I tried to charge it but it won't also charge (no blinking light or any sort of light). 

 

I tried different charges, went through so many solutions online but nothing seems to work. It came to my attention that one of the causes could be the motherboard, however, I also heard and seen a lot of talk that HP admitted that there were manufactory faculty regarding HP Spectre x360 motherboard. My warranty is expired, however, I also heard from some people that HP took their devices and fixed it free of charge even after their warranty expired. 

 

I've been trying to contact HP customer service but it seems for technical issues, this the only place. I spent a lot of money on this laptop and I loved it but it seems to break down cause of HP fault. How can I contact them and work out something to fix it ASAP! I need a working laptop for my school.

I see you are experiencing no power issues with the HP Spectre X360 Notebook. It is a hardware issue on the PC. I apologize for the Inconvenience. 

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. HP provides repair or service options for out of warranty products as well. Hence I encourage you to contact HP support for all warranty service options.

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
