Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0058wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The computer was in sleep mode overnight. When I tried to wake it up, it would not wake up. The power light is solid green but the laptop will do nothing. The power supply voltage is good. I've tried holding the power button down to reset. The laptop is cold and blank with no sounds or other lights except for the steady power button light. I would appreciate any help please.

Hi, @razorsharpbt
Have you tried doing a hard reset by removing the battery that is if the battery is removable? If you can remove it, then try that fix to see whether it will work out.
