Hi, i have this Envy X360, I was using it yesterday totally normal, and today morning, I tried to boot up my laptop and no display, only the power button light lights up and the cap lock light flashes 3 long lights and then flashes 5 short fast lights and repeats. Now I can't even boot my laptop, does anyone have a fix for this because I have VERY IMPORTANT information in this laptop

Please try a hard reset and see if it works.


    1. Power off your laptop
    2. Remove the a/c adapter, battery and everything that is attached to your laptop.
    3. Hold the 'POWER' button down on your laptop for about 10 seconds.
    4. Plug in the a/c power supply (without battery) and power on.
