Spectra X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop purchased last March. Suddenly stopped  booting up, black display and no charging lights on when plugged into A/C. Problem started when it ran out of charge.
Confirmed the A/C power adapter or power supply is not faultless and correct HP usb C adapter being used. Have seen previous posts about issues experienced with HP Spectra. Any help would be appreciated.

You said it "ran out of charge" -- so that implies that the battery died.  Newer laptops generally will not work with a dead battery even with a charger connected, and if the battery is completely dead, it often will not recharge again.  The only real way to find out is to replace the battery and see if the laptop then starts.
