Product: HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0053dx

I can’t turn on my laptop. When I plugged it in to charge the red light flashes. When I tried pressing the power button the white power light also just flashes on and off. Even when I try to power restart, the white power light continues to flash and when I unplug the battery the power light still continues to flash on an off.

I understand that you are having issues with your laptop not powering on. 

 

This looks like a hardware issue. 

 

However, I perform the steps from this document and see if that helps.
