Product: hp pro x2 612 g1

I've had my hp pro x2 612 g1 for 5+ years (the serial # bounces back as "invalid"?). Went to power it on and it wouldn't start. Haven't updated it or anything, just been sitting on my desk, powered off.

 

It has a fully charged battery. I've tried holding down the power button (has worked in the past if it froze up) but there's no fan sound and the caps lock key starts blinking. Only blinks if the power button is held down for 10-15 seconds.
