Hello everyone, I sorely need your help with this.
I own a HP Notebook 15 laptop (Model: f010x), that I bought back in December 2014 (I know it's far from new). Here's the problem:
-The Laptop won't turn on, no matter how many times I hit the power button, even if the charging LED on the Laptop seemingly works just fine.
Additional Information:
-I have been using the same charger that I got with the Laptop, and recently (three months ago) it stopped working (The LED on the Laptop won't turn on)
-The laptop has a replaceable battery, which is not up to 100% charge but it worked decently.
-I just bought a new charger and I made sure that the specs (Voltage and Amperage) were correct. It apparently works just fine (Both LED modes on the Laptop work (White for charged and Orange for charging))
-The laptop was out of juice when the first charger stopped working.
-While trying the new charger the Laptop didn't turn on at all.
-The first minutes that I tried using the new charger, if I disconnected it and hit the Power button on the Laptop then the LED would Flash Three times White, but this no longer happens.
I can't afford to lose this Laptop, so I need help urgently to get it back.
