My hp 14s-cf0012tx battery become weak, also on HP Assistant too 2 months ago. Suddenly the percentage won't increase. So I decided to buy new replacement battery at online shop. The first one feels normal unless after a couple hours after shutdown, it won't turn on unless I plug in AC adapter first then I can plug off after with no problem. But, the CMOS 502 always shown.
So I return it and got new battery from the same store. I don't know but it's still the same. I return it again, and got the new battery with the same problem.
However I tried with the old battery and boot up with no problem. Also I can see the battery serial number so I guess at least the battery is OEM, maybe.
What's wrong with this thing? Is there any important step for me to do if I replace with the new battery? Or perhaps I should buy the new at different store? Thank you.
