Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J83AV)

My HP Envy x360 won't turn on. I've tried disconnecting the power and holding the power button for 15 seconds and it still won't turn on.  No lights, sounds, nothing.  I leave it plugged in, so the battery is fully charged.  Power isn't the issue.
