Hello,
I have a HP pavilion laptop that won’t switch on or charge. I used it yesterday and it was completely fine. I’ve put it on charge out the power sign is not illuminated and the light to show it is charging won’t come on. I have used a different power outlet, I have disconnected the charger and put it back together nothing seems to be working. I have exams coming up and all my work is stored on this laptop.
I have no clue what to do

Hard reset:
Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release. Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer and then repeatedly press the ESC key and enter the diagnostic option page (F2 is diagnostics) |
Makes sure you can pass the memory and disk test. If you still cannot power up or get into windows then check warranty
