Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, when i turn on my computer it says "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart, it will restart automatically, and then it starts a loop that says diagnosing your pc and then trying to repair. I tried restarting 3 times to open the recovery menu but it doesnt work. I also tried to press f11 in the HP startup menu but also it doesnt work.  Thank you
