On the newer HP's, start tapping Esc then start. Keep tapping ESC. There should then be a startup menu pop-up and one of the choices will be opening the BIOS, could be called setup.

Then check to see if the hard drive is listed as a boot choice, if it is listed, pick that for a boot item, save and exit.  Reboot

Boot option there is hard drive , but that is not saying there is a hard drive... There is for example also a usb uloppy boot option, but i iont have a freaking floppy

Make the USB option from the Windows 10 link.  Then change the boot option to USB and then boot to the Windows 10 media.  See if you can do a repair or install to the hard drive.

You are going to have to give more details than that.  What did you do and what happened?

Just like you said, repair windows.

I get message windows can't be repaired almost instantly.

Other options in the repair thing have the same result.

That only leaves trying to reinstall Windows.  With the situation given, that might not work either, which means the hard drive needs to be replaced.

Before doing that, make sure there is no media in any other ports - no SD cards in the card slot - no other devices connected via USB etc.  Just the monitor, keyboard and the media that Windows is on.  Then try one more time to repair or install.

This is getting to be a trial.
