Product: HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I try to turn on my laptop, the desktop stays black.The laptop is plugged in. Caps lock is flashing for 3 seconds, then stops for a second, and again flashes 3 seconds. The process repeats itself. The power button also flashes from a gap of several seconds.  I can also hear a very quiet noice of 7 beeps one after another coming from inside the laptop. I tried all the hp tutorials with removing the power cord, then connecting it again, also windows + B combination, but it all doesn’t work. Anyone have a solution?
