Hi
PLEASE POST ANY RESULTS.
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.
Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.
Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.
NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

Hi
If there is no display and no Beep codes, then it may be something like the CPU has failed.
Depending on the age of the PC and the BIOS vendor...

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01997899 maybe a possibility.

Hi
What do you suspect?
Cooling fan failed, causing thermal shutdown?
Because every-time I suggest something you seem to be able to another piece to the puzzle.
"My laptop starts the hdd spins and it shut downs and this process go's on and on"
""The laptop gets hot in 3-4min""
So the link I posted came to a conclusion....
- If there are no sounds from the computer when the power is turned on, check for a different problem; such as a loose RAM memory chip or disconnected hard drive.
- If you are having trouble viewing the external monitor, click f4 (or the key with this symbol
- If an image displays on the external monitor, there may be a graphics driver conflict with the notebook’s LCD display. With the external monitor connected, download and install the latest drivers for your specific computer and graphic chip set.
- If you do not have an external monitor, it may be possible to see an image by switching the LCD display to a low resolution mode. To change the resolution, turn on the computer, and press the f8 key. If the graphic display is working at the BIOS level, a text screen displays and you can select the Enable low-resolution video option. If the graphics display is not working at the BIOS level, contact an authorized repair center.
NB: EU members get a 2 year warranty from the seller, so that may be helpful to know.

In India we get one year of warranty
And due to the lockdown no service centres are open
(I have to attend important online classes and have to do classwork on it)
Thank you for the support

Hi
I do not believe yo are working thru any of the possible solutions, like..
To change the resolution, turn on the computer, and press the f8 key. If the graphic display is working at the BIOS level, a text screen displays
I suggest you clean out the air-ducts if you can.
