Product: Pavilion 15-cs0053cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This morning when Im using my laptop ! The blue screen pop up and it said locking after that it goes black screen and I cant turn it back on ! I left it for awhile! Now when I press the power button, it turn on for 1 sec and after that it goes off ! The charging light is blinking ! Can someone help me with this issue please! I cant log in to the window or the bios ! Thank you

Please perform a hard reset on your HP notebook. Disconnect the power cord and remove the battery (if removable). Now press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Afterwards reconnect the battery and the power supply. And Now try to power it back on.

Its doesnt work sirr! After i press to turn it on, its sound zzz and go off again !
