Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

24 hours ago a few keys on my HP Notebook which I've had since 2017, begin not to respond particularly I remember the y key the f key the a key unresponsive. Try to reboot would not accept my long time password which I've used on this machine since 2017. Figured I'd try tomorrow went to bed this evening same result I see my home screen the box to put in the password and it doesn't work so I went to my Lenovo in another room in my house which I only use for music and voice over stuff no surfing basically, and I logged on there as the HP said to go to account.live.com to change the password! Did so. Came back to the HP still no luck. I'm an author and I am very careful about where I sutf online. I have I think Avast on the HP but I can't even disable that it! HP tells me I'm "not online" but I AM online and  have a very strong Wi-Fi. Help please!  Happy Holidays.
