Simple question, 

 

Since my last post got blindly locked......

 

Is it NEW SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to no longer send BIOS Resets online anymore? 

 

YES - I Contacted Support. Their response was had to bring it in. Is this true or a mis-informed employee?
