Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone.
Thanks to rufus I was able to get easus.iso working; since the bios HP and windows make it difficult (GPT, secureboot).

I only see my flash drive, but not my ssd drive that comes from the factory.

Any solution? the bios of this hp 15-er000 notebook is different from my hpx360 13-u104la (difficult to update hardware, hehe). My hp13 has windows 11 too original activated legal and secureboot off (is my life, is my decission)

Help. Thanks

You're very welcome.

You will probably have to contact Easeus support and report the issue.

I would imagine it is the same reason that when you go to install Windows on a PC with an Intel 11th gen core processor, it does not see the drive because that storage controller driver is missing from the Easeus software.

Hi:

From the information I can find on the model series, your notebook has an Intel 11th gen core processor.

Since your notebook as an Intel 11th gen core processor, there is a special process needed to install W10/W11 on notebooks with the new Intel 11th gen core processors...

See the info at the link below.

Here is the link to the driver you need...

This package contains the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Intel Rapid Storage Technology is designed to provide functionality for the Intel Storage Controllers. The driver improves Serial ATA (SATA) disk performance with Native Command Queuing.

There is an error in that document, and that is where HP tells you to right click on the Intel driver file and select Extract to

When I ran through the steps, I don't get an Extract to option when I right click on the file.

You will probably have the same issue.  Download and install the free 7-zip file utility from the link below.

The 1st file at the top of the page is for 64 bit.

7-Zip (7-zip.org)

Then you can right click on the exe file, select 7-Zip from the menu, and select Extract to:  and let it extract the file into its folder name (sp111776), and copy that folder to your USB flash drive, and continue with the instructions.

Thank you very much. I'm going to read it. I'm checking the computer in case I have to reinstall it. It is that I partition my hp x13 with live pendrive and with dism commands install the install.wim on that occasion. and I examine everything for the surprises that I could have for the same reason when buying a new notebook I did not choose amd.

But how can I see the disk, because the kde utility to see partitions does not see it as easeus (winpe environment). I was able to run Mx linux as live usb and compiled the realtek 8852ae driver (although it shows connection 600 and not 1201/60

Thanks very much

Dear, copy the driver folder, but from an asus youtube user on the flash drive. I opened the terminal and with cmd I verified that the winpe is 10.0.22000.1 incompatible with the driver that you. I indicated. Then in that folder called asus run install.cmd and voila. Then rerun find disk and it detected it. 😀
