Hi, I am new to this and have a question? My cousin wiped clean her old hp intel corei3 7th Gen and sent it to my son. I have not been able to get ahold of her but there is still a password to even get to windows. Is there a way to bypass or change to guest until I can speak with her? I see no options to sign-in as guest or change user. Am I missing something so simple?? Thank you so much to whomever reads and sends feedback!! Much appreciated
