After 5 years of waiting, I got our computer to work today and now I am locked out. I have an Owner tile and family tile and don’t know what the passwords are for either. Is there anyway to by pass the password without losing my photos?

Unfortunately, we cannot help.
Worse, I cannot even find this model in the "supported device" list.
The computer is likely "retired" and support for it has been removed.
Retirement status would not make any difference for what you are trying to do...
I do find reference to the model here:
KQ436AA - HP TouchSmart IQ504 Desktop PC
The good news, if there is any,
If you can get your computer to a licensed Microsoft computer repair technician, the technician can likely help you access the computer without loss of the data within. Be prepared to offer proof of ownership.
