Do you have a Hard drive password, then it is in BIOS you should fix that.
If it is windows lock screen password there is a way to get around that.
1. Boot from a Windows installation media.
2. When Windows Setup screen appears, press Shift + F10 to open a CMD.exe window
3. Run the following 2 command lines to replace utilman.exe with the cmd.exe file. C is the system drive letter.
(1) move c:\windows\system32\utilman.exe c:\
(2) copy c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe c:\windows\system32\utilman.exe
(3) Now run wpeutil reboot
Remove the installation media to restart the computer
4. At the Login window click on the Ease of Access Icon and a Command Prompt Window will open.
5. Type Control userpasswords2 and hit Enter
6. A new window will open that will show you the user accounts.
7. If you have more than one then click on the one you need to change the password on.
8. Click OK and OK again then close the Command Prompt Window.
9. You should now be able to enter your new password.
It's little long procedure but it has not failed me yet.
