My log in screen keeps freezing on the image. I have run every test possible and it always says that it passed. When I try to log in through "Safe Mode with Networking" I get to the log in screen showing that I can enter my pin, but every time I go to enter my pin, it freezes when I hit my first key. I am currently a quarantined teacher and need my laptop to teach my lessons. Please help asap!
