HP stream notebook 13

Hi 

 

My son has a HP Stream notebook 13, model13-c102no, and he has forgotten his password and when I try to reboot to factory settings, we cannot because he doesn't have enough memory available. Maybe I'm explaining this porely, but any tips and hints on the matter would be great. Thanks

Hello,
This is a common issue with the HP Stream Notebook.
I would personally recommend following this advice, in order to reinstall Windows 10.

If you have merely forgotten the password, you should be able to recover it through the administrator account.
If your son's lost account is the administrator, you could also try and recover it through creating a new user (which is a very peculiar process). You can read more about doing so here:
