Hi All,
I need your help to resolve this sudden in issues in my laptop. I am using HP Pavilion Notebook 15-au003TX model with Windows 10.
Suddenly my laptop is not showing the login screen. I can see the wallpaper or the image which loads on the Login screen of Windows 10, but it does not show login box.
I can only see date time battery and wifi icon.
The keyboard and mouse are also seem to be non-functional. I tried to force restart multiple times, but doesnot help.
Could you please help me resolve this issue ?
Regards
Anusha

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and run the tests.
**Click Accept as Solution on a Reply that solves your issue**

I have this same issue. But pressing the escape key just causes the screen to display "ESC Pausing Start" at the bottom. What's weird is it goes to the background immediately upon pressing the power button. And I see nothing else...
If using the ESC key doesn't work to get the boot menu what else can I do?
Thanks!
