Six months later, loading the BIOS began to take more than 1 minute. When you start the laptop, the HP logo lights up for a minute or more and then Windows starts loading. What should I do to fix this?

I seriously doubt the BIOS is slowing down, as that is contained in firmware and reads nearly instantly.
My guess is that something else is causing the problem.
You can download and run BootRacer to see what is affecting your slow startup:

I don't know how you are timing the Windows load process, but I suspect that you don't actually start the timing until it has done nearly all of the loading prep -- and that is most of the time spent. It also does a filesystem integrity check prior to providing you a login screen, and if the drive is having problems, that can take a LONG time -- during which nothing will be displayed on the screen.

OK, so if the BIOS loading is 21 seconds and the rest of the time is Windows loading, then you have to go into Startup settings to see what you can disable to speed that up.

Wilndows loading in seconds. Please, look at the video and screenshot.
