After Install Windows 10 64x everything is good

but after installing Graphic card AMD Radeon 6770 pc boot up goes to 90 second !
I have SSD Samsung 860 so it's annoying

tried to uninstall Drivers AMD Radeon 6770 And Intel HD 3000 and install Latest Driver From Their website but after install that again boot up time is the same

I tied to change ULPS in registry but also it didn't work for me
in windows 7 all is good but I don't like it

what can I do for this ?

@MohsenGago

You said you installed an AMD driver -- but your PC should have come with that already installed -- so WHERE did you go to get it and WHY did you download and install it?

when you install windows it automatically install your pc driver and the drivers are basic !
so for better power must install originally from their site
but both when windows install VGA drivers and when I uninstall those and install mine and .... still boot takes long time
just on Windows 7 boot up was very good !!
I couldn't find anything for solve this problem
