HP Stream 14 010ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am repairing an HP Stream 14 010ca that is out of warranty for a client that set their bios password and now has no idea what they changed it to as the password that it should have been is not working. So the half code begins i 59962320 which from what I have read is HEX type and therefore the reset code generator does not work. And the only way that it can be reset is to get the sms.bin file for this laptop and flash the bios. I have tried all sorts of ways to get an email address to pop up and or a human to start a chat all to no avail and the AI hasn't got a clue what I want and sends me to a page that has no way of contacting a support agent or starting a ticket. Can someone either help me to get the smc.bin file and or to give me a direct link to a support ticket page or email or live chat anything would help.

THANKS
