Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,
When will we have a new firmware that fixes boot issues with this model, and maybe others?
It's clear with all the messages in the forum that something is definitely wrong.
I also don't understand why HP does not allow users to change advanced options in the BIOS, perhaps someone can explain me, because this is a common practice with any constructor, is HP worried that we break something that is already not working?
In my laptop, shutdown works fine, and also power on, however restart brings me to a black screen where the M.2 SSD is not recognized, all the diagnostics tell me SSD and the system are OK, however the issue happens even after a fresh windows installation.
If this is not a BIOS issue, tell me what it is, please.

Regards
