Hey guys I have lost my computer and all I have is my serial number  and I want to get my MAC address 

 

please help me

Sorry, but Mac addresses are unique to each piece of networking hardware and HP maintains no record of such addresses associated with individual PCs.  So, there is no way to get that info from HP.

Read the information in Step 2.
 
Sorry, but the only REAL way to locate a laptop is if you have something embedded in it that allows you to find it -- and products like Lojack for Laptops provide that feature.
