Product: Pavilion15-cc123cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My machine will not start at all. When the AC adapter is plugged in, there is no light next to the AC adapter jack. Testing the adapter with a volt meter shows that it is producing 14.43 volts DC. As mentioned, the power light by the plug in jack shows nothing and there is no blue light on the power button when depressed. Machine is only 2.5 years old, i would expect it to last much longer. Any ideas? Now response even after 12 hours on AC adapter. Thanks for your help.
