Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Da qualche giorno il mio notebook HP Envy 17" quando seleziono "Arresta il Sistema" si spegne lo schermo, ma il led del pulsante di accensione rimane sempre acceso, anche se chiudo il coperchio. Come posso risolvere?

As requested, I publish my question in English

From a few days my HP Envy 17 "notebook when I select" Shut Down "the screen turns off, but the power button LED stays on, even if I close the cover.

 

How can I solve?
