Manufacture Programming Mode is in Unlock Mode

i have replaced the motherboard of existing laptop from pavilion 15-bc006ng into a new motherboard L60207-001 but the motherboard has no information in it, no S/N , no product and more.. and i get this error on boot

The motherboard must be programmed by HP support. Please try contacting the motherboard vendor or HP for programming assistance.

You need to go to the HP support page for your country and request support. 

However, I recommend that you first contact the vendor and verify whether the part is new and under warranty. If it is not under warranty, you will need to find a motherboard programmer yourself.
