Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I had purchased HP Victus 16 laptop, it had a bios update and after that the motherboard got corrupted and it had to be changed. And from that day forth when ever I boot my system it shows the prompt "manufacturing programming mode is set to unlocked". Before this I had a boot time of 7 sec on my PC but now it's 15 secs. It is very annoying. Is there a way to resolve this problem either by myself or should I reach out to HP center for my problem to be resolved.

kindly provide me with the solution.

yes this message mean that the person that have change the system board have not complete the procedure to lock the MPM mode after reconfig, on a usability stand point it change nothing to your computer this could stay as is (except for the delay at boot) . But for a job well done stand point it would be better to reach out to a service center and have it lock its a 2 minutes procedures in the good hands plus the technician will be able to check if the configuration of the system board have been done correctly. because if it had been done in the first place you would not have this issue
