Hello I have a problem, I used before windows 10 now I want to install again windows 8.1 pro into my hp "Hp sleekbook 15b150sv", and I have problem during the installation I have a error
"
A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a DVD, USB, or Hard disk driver. If you have a CD, DVD, or USB flash drive with the driver on it, please insert it now.
Note: If the installation media for Windows in the DVD drive or on a USB drive, you can safely remove it for this step."
I look at the google and I found That I have to change usb from 3.0 to usb 2.0 but I do not have this options in bios...any solution on internet is not working for me.
Please help me. I will be very thankful.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Are you trying to install retail copy of Windows or OEM version?
Is the USB drive getting detected on the computer?
Did you know that HP doesn't support retail versions of the windows?
That said, Have you attempted to obtain another recovery media if yours wasn't working?

Answering to your question regarding changing USB from 3.0 to USB 2.0 - You don't have to change the USB from 3.0 to 2.0, only thing is if the USB drive is not getting detected then you would need to go ahead and disable secure boot and enable legacy support.

As I understand you are trying to install retail copy of Windows, In this scenario, HP doesn't support retail versions of the windows?
If you wish to install a retail copy of Windows, you can contact Microsoft tech support for further assistance.
If you want to revert back to the original Operating system, I would suggest you contact our HP phone support to order a set of recovery media for your computer.

HP Authorized support does not support retail version. Hence, I would suggest you contact our HP phone support to order a set of recovery media for your PC.
