Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought a Chinese HP laptop. I wanted to change the system to a french version. But I'm faced to the error a media driver your computer ....... How can I solve this problem?

HOW are you trying to change it to French -- hopefully NOT by a fresh install of Windows -- as that would be a BIG MISTAKE.
