Hello @Quin2s

This happens because your boot order is configured in a way that your laptop tries to boot from a network device (PXE) but such a network device does not exists, thus the error.

  • Open the BIOS (F10) from the HP Start up menu >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSN0qzXayUY
  • Go to "Advanced" tab  ->  Boot Options
  • Uncheck  Network (PXE) Boot
  • Go back to "Main" tab , Save the changes and exit the BIOS

This will solve your issue.
