The date of test was nearly SEVEN years ago, so either you have waited a long time, or the CMOS/RTC battery has failed.
But along with other problems it may be that the Main Board has failed after almost 5 years of service.
Or the RAM is / has a problem.
I do not know enough to suggest a course of action for your situation.
