Hi, i have a Hp envy x360 convertible laptop suddenly it didn’t boot up and checked in Hp support pages for errors and found that my capslock blinking pattern and found that I had a memory module failure , so opened the back of may laptop to replace the ram and found that my ram is built-in with the mother board , there were 2 separate chips attached to the mother board named as (ram 1 ,ram2 ,ram 3 upto ram 😎 , how can I replace it ??, what should I do? Please help
