Product: Notebook HP - 15-ac119nl (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I startup my Pc, it appears this message "Product information not valid. The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid. System board (00A) System Board CT number- Enter continue startup". How can I resolve the problem? Thank you

Hi

This means the Main Board needs "tattooing" which is normally only HP can do.
