Mi portátil no arranca y parpadea la luz de carga

Mi portátil se enciende y se queda la pantalla en negro. No arrancan los ventiladores y la luz de carga parpadea constantemente y rápido. Las teclas f5 (sonido) y f8 (micrófono) están encendidas. He intentado apagarlo manteniendo la tecla de encendido apretada pero vuelve a encenderse solo y se queda igual.
