I had an issue with my hp laptop x360 2in1laptop 15-ey0013dx, it was a microsoft issue,talked with support and all we could do was wipe my laptop and start from new,now he downloaded a clean copy and said dont make a password,ok i didnt so i come back to it and its asking for an admin password or power on none of which were set.i dont know what to do from here just hope it isnt a boat anchor now
