I believe, without adequate context, that you are asking for help to log in using your Microsoft Account - perhaps the login is not working, perhaps you have lost your password.

You might  be able to get help from Microsoft.

Reminder:  You can reset your Microsoft password using a different computer

You might be able to get help from Google.
