Hi,
In that case, if you're running the original Windows 7 starter that you notebook shipped with, try reloading the operating system using your recovery media - you can find a guide for this on the following link.

If you don't have your recovery media, you can still order a replacement set from the 3rd party reseller on the link below.

If you had upgraded to Windows 10, you can just perform a clean installation as detailed in the guide on the following link. Note: At the activation screen, select 'I don't have a Product key' - Windows will activate automatically once the installation has completed.
