Hi HP community,
I observe the hp notebook which i purchased 14s-dr2006tq (as inscribed on notebook chassis) is actually mentioned as 14s-dq2000(2D127AV) on HP support website on entering the serial number details.
could you confirm if both the names are same for the purchased product.
appreciate your valuable inputs in this regard.
